
Hello, I’m Jennie Jara. My journey into the eating disorder world began over eleven years ago when I started working as a chef at a residential treatment center in South Florida. This experience allowed me to build a deep, meaningful relationship with food—one I never imagined—and sparked a passion for helping others through nourishment.
My love for cooking began at a young age. Growing up in my father’s restaurant, I learned the value of hard work and dedication. I later attended Johnson & Wales University, where I earned a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in a variety of cuisines, working at restaurants and private events, each experience expanding my knowledge and creativity in the kitchen.
After an amazing journey in Los Angeles, I’ve moved back to South Florida to continue doing what I love—helping people connect with food in a nourishing and transformative way.
My goal isn’t just to feed your body; I aim to nourish your soul through the power of food. I look forward to meeting you and learning your story as we embark on this delicious journey together.
